What type of head gasket would be recommend with running with a Novi 2000?? Its going on a 302... Prob be tuned for around 10psi

MLS wont pop one of those, But u will bust a rod or fry a piston if not tuned good!

for 1 the pt1's will out live the block as far as power goes. If your tune isnt perfect they will blow (usually) before something else does. Why pay 200 for a set of headgaskets that are not needed? And if you didnt have the deck of your block surfaced...Good luck on getting them to seal.

this isnt good, the sealing part. Never had my block decked or surfaced. Pulled down smacked mls on with some copper sealer and let her eat. How long would it take to tell if they havent seated? And sorry to hi jack ur thread bro!

well i havent put any water in her yet. Actually doin that tomorrow. Now u got me worried damnit... Any input on what i should do. I know thw obvious is to swap them out but im so close to driving this build!!! If its gonna will i know right away? Thx sir
