The fact your bracket is bending sounds like your cable is binding or you have a bad pressure plate. You didn’t mention how old your clutch was. I once put a new clutch cable on my son’s car that I bought from AutoZone and it was so stiff it was flexing the firewall! Nothing like finding out the problem is the part you recently bought new! Good example of getting what you pay for.

dont know how old the clutch is in the car?
i will start by looking at the firewall for flex but to me the bracket seems really cheap and bends very easy. ofcourse its from autozone so i may just be out the new cable and buy a better one from summit or jegs or sumthing?

You sure your firewall adjuster isnt vibrating loose? Had that happen on my 94, had a old style BBK firewall adjuster with no set screw and would do that on occasion.

Is your cable against your headers? If it is heating up it can melt and stretch.

I've had every possible senero happen to me, cable melted to the headers, pedal assy broke, welding is o.k. for awhile but eventually it will break again, bought a bbk cable adjustable that stretched in a months time........ then bought a nice used pedal assy, and a brand new Ford cable non adjustable, with my double hook quad and the firewall adjuster there was pleanty of adjustability so no need for an adjustable cable.... IMO this is just what happened to me and the results from it......

They are good clutches, and they can hold up to some decent power and they dont feel super stiff. Those intakes are a good affordable upgrade.

Don't run out and buy a new clutch. The cable is the culprit. We no longer use autozone or advance auto cables, everyone we installed did what you are describing. Calm down, and order a steeda adjustable cable either from me or direct from steeda.
