Dre got all big like that about 10 years ago the last time he said he was putting out an album and hasn't done it since. He doesn't need the money being a producer.

You right kevin if you also listen closely he mentions that he is tired of fair weather friends.. Eminem mentioned Dre loosing his son and fighting daemons.. Dre is tired of the music industry and rappers that just use him for his producing and dont help him when he has stuggles of his own ( his son over dosing and dying ) Eminem was the only one there for him just like Dre was there for Eminem when he was trying to get into rap..
I think Dre's new CD will be very good and i cant wait for it...

I'm all about hardcore/metal, but i have pretty much all of Em's albums, a few 50 albums, a bunch of Busta Rhymes, a couple DMX. There's a few good albums out there depending on what you can get into. I mostly just like the beat.

Right now i'm stuck in a The Acacia Strain/Parkway Drive rut....haven't listened to much of anything else in a solid month. Before that was at least a 3 month obsession with Between The Buried And Me that is still on and off ongoing

parkway drive and between the buried in me have been in my top ten for a while. if you like btbam, check out protest the hero. great writing and they have that trademark progressive metal wierdness. :bigthumb
if you couldnt tell, im a metal head all the way. but i have all of tupac and dmx's records. im just not a fan of all the ass shaking get wasted stuff that they play on the radio today, but em and lupe fiasco i still have major respect for.
