Short notice shooting day.

Wed, feb 23rd!! Shooters in Independence Ky. I will be there around 6:30. 5 bucks for a range card and 14 bucks for an hour of shooting time!! Who is with me?

I put this up on my facebook and everyone is busy on Wed. Since I have the yearly pass, I will be there both Wed the 23rd, AND Thurs, the 24th. That way if you can't make wed, then make it Thurs!!! Hope to see a few peeps show up!!

225, shoot anytime, as long or short as you want. With the exception of when there is a waiting list, then they limit to an hour. But still, if you go 2 times a month, it pays for itself.

When it warms up and they open the free range down at Lloyd Gates (Crittenden, KY), only about 15 minutes from my place, I'll be there regularly with my .22lr and 9mmAR. Anyone here ever shot there? I don't like going by myself because you have to walk your targets down range (leaving your firearm up range with complete strangers), and I just do not like walking down range without somoeone at the front watching my equipment and making sure noone decides to shoot me with my own rifle and run away. There are cameras there, but that wouldn't change the fact I got shot. lol

Shooters was fun last night. There was a guy there with a full auto mac 10. I had some 9mm so he let me load up a 32 round mag and shoot it. God that was fun!! Kept all but 2 rounds in the blue sillouette target! I will give a little more notice next time so more people can plan on going!

I was thinking I'm not sure if anyone watches Top Shot but I do and might be kinda neat to set up a range like one of theirs have two man teams no competition guns etc..... have a little buy in 5 bucks or something and the top team takes the prize...... just a thought I know i've never been to one of your parties but would like to this year.....

I've started going there quite a bit with some of my neighbors. Usually on a Sunday when they open at noon.

Do those cameras really work? I wonder since there seems to be holes in pretty much every sign and part of that place.

I'll keep my eyes open here more often....wouldn't mind a trip to Shooters. Its been a while since I've shot indoors standing up!

It would be good to meet some of the guys/gals here. I don't make it on here much these days but seems like a good group of folks.

Yeah, camreas work. Usually reviewed if a complaint is made of a shooter outside of the tubes, etc.
