Tired of poor customer service at my current bank. Looking for some place new, don't care if it's a national bank, local, credit union etc....

Thanks

I doubt you have it down there, but I am very happy with Wright Patt Credit Union.

Erlanger KY

Well, I'm with Phil on this one. I have PNC and have had nothing to complain about. But then again they know me very well and bend over backwards to help me on anything.

Another vote for Bank of KY. I use them for our business accounts, and if I lived on this side of the river, I would use them for my personal as well.

The only bank I do business with anymore is PNC, I have had an account with them since I was 17 and have always been treated fairly.

Go right over to L&N Federal Credit Union there in Erlanger.

I've been with them for over 15 years...treat me great.

We left PNC for Delta Community Credit Union. No real complaints with PNC, but credit unions blow away banks. Delta is located in NKY also. I recommend checking them out.

I use Bank of America and Wright Patt CU.

Bank of America is AWESOME!!! Customer service is top notch! I have NEVER had a single issue with them. I have a checking, savings, credit card and a mortgage through them so I've pretty much tested out all of their branches. haha. This past summer we were looking into buying a foreclosed home and they helped us out in every way. I had a person assigned to me and I called her when ever I had a question. She ran cost analysts, payment outcomes for mulitpale asking and closing prices; it was almost like she was working for and only for us. They will have my business for LIFE! ONLY issue is that there isnt a branch local to me. However, when I was in FL, I did stop into one and I got the same top service.

WPCU is good for their loan rates for autos and thats about it. Customer service is hit or miss. 3.99 on used right now.

Fifth Third is GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here. And as the others stated, 5th/3rd is the worst.

pnc, chase, huntington, etc.. all the big banks are just that.

they don't see the person. anything you need or want gets filtered to some little office downtown.

at credit unions they have a committee that meets and makes decisions, they are much more in touch with their people. seems to me a lot less turnover at credit unions as well.

if i ever need anything, i call my gal at GE or Sharefax and i'm set

There are alot of Credit Unions around that you can definately be happier with. I am with Day-Met CU and have been there for the last 10 years and will never go back to a conventional bank.

Here is a site ( http://66.162.74.74/search.htm ) that you can use to find a Credit Union near your location and also this is what they call shared branching and you can litterally use all of the Credit Unions as your personal bank as well. They are all over the country.

Like alot of other people, we have all had horror stories about big name banks. They don't care about anything exept the bottom line and remember, thats your money.
