If I read everything right, she is sueing because of the instant fame youtube brought her...and that she is wanted for theft and recieving stolen property and that she is now suffering from mental anguish....my thoughts are...she is sueing because that her pride is hurt now because of people laughing a her and making fun of her and because how people can be so mean by posting it on the web.

I would be extremely pissed too, if i did something really stupid like that and the video got put on You Tube. I'd probably sue them too just because i feel that security tapes should be kept private and that's an invasion of privacy.

Beyond that, this chick is pretty dense. From the video, nobody on Earth could identify her. She came forward to the press and brought this "fame" onto herself. Still, it was way out of line for whatever mall employee put the video online in the first place. She may be stupid but i almost feel sorry for her.

Or maybe you need to get your prostate examined, and since you're in the Doc's office and it's his property, he can post video of your big naked ass bent over and him sticking his hand up your pooper and zoom in on your face and put it on You Tube for everyone to laugh at.

Yeah but those videos you see on the funniest tv shows never give the identity of the person. Maybe i have this wrong and since she isn't able to be ID'd from the video, the mall is allowed to post it online and it comes down to her fault for giving her identity to the press.

I think you missed the point, just a bit David. What you are trying to show, is something done, in a private area. She was in a common area.

There was no way, anyone could have identified her, from the video. She ID'ed herself, making her look like even more of an idiot!

I hope the next time she does this, there is a cliff, or short pier involved (and video cameras)!

Yeah the more i think about it the more i think it's just her fault. I do think there's something about showing your face that can be identified that isn't right...like if the camera was closer to her and she was easily identified i think that would be BS to post on the internet, but you can't make out her face so i think she brought this shit on herself.
