Check in with your local-ish big truck shops. Their parts departments start out at a good wage usually. I've been doing this type of work over the past 7-8 years and for the work I do, I think I get paid damn good lol... I noticed you are pretty much centered between Indy, Cincy and Dayton. If the drive isint too far, look at the Stoops Freightliners, Kenworth of Dayton and such. Those places are good paying, I worked for Stoops Lima for 5 years, and always was happy on fridays lol...

I just saw today that John Nolan service is hiring techs. I don't know anything about them since they shut down the Ford part of things, but I guess it's worth a shot.

Hiring Techs at the Metro. You might get some crap off days and 2nd or 3rd shift for a couple years but they have good benenfits and pay.
