msd 6btm box with nitrous

ok guys, i need help i got a buddy wanting to sell my a msd 6btm but i thought that box was only for boost, i am not running boost but i am gonna be running a 125 shot on a zex kit so will this box work for me or what do i need.

Yeah it should work as all it does is adds timing or pulls it.. Just when you get ready to spray it turn the knob back... I would think it would work...

leave the vacuum line off and it won't do anything. Will work like a 6AL.

ok but how can i make it pull out timming when shooting the spray

it won't work unless you can somehow push some of the nitrous pressure to the vacuum port. I think the dry NOS kits use a mechanism to do this and add fuel pressure to the injectors. Maybe you can rig something up. The best way to do it is get a retard box and trigger it off the micro switch. If you want to do cool stuff like this it would be best to get a digital 6 box. It can do everything you need in one box.

I have a mallory 685 and it does everything I need 2 step nos spray everything...

i had one in my gt. just leave the vaccuum line off. dont try to rig something up to to pull timing.

how can i make it pull timing out when i am spraying

you cant. just buy a retard box and wire that up if you want timing pulled when you spray. do it the right way or you will mess up the 6btm.

you was correct black90lx called msd and thats what i am gonna do just get a retard box then if i go boost i have already got a ignition for it
