He rides like a dick... I am all for a bumper to bumper highway split the lanes but not at that speed. That guy will be hurt or dead soon.

even in stopped traffic splitting lanes makes me nervous. my favorite is the roads that have the dedicated lanes for bicycles ... i ride in those alot lol
