They were selling dope boys $20-30k cars, but only putting them on paper for like $9,999 or something to avoid paperwork through the government...then letting the dope dealers pay 9k/month till it was paid off, etc... or something like that. It has been a while, but it wasn't really drug dealing but catering to those who deal them and evading the government in the process.
