85 mustang 302 coupe

I have a 1985 mustang coupe with an 82 mustang gt front end on it with a 302 and an automatic transmission. The 302 has long tube headers with a staight piped exhaust, a brand new HEI distributor that I temporarily wired in to move the car around. The motor has a junk factory 4BBL intake on it with a freshly rebuilt 650 vac secondary holley, the motor starts and runs but not right now due to me pulling all the accessories off the motor with plans of changing all the gaskets, untill I was sucked in by body work which i very much enjoy. It has Red interior that is in pretty good shape, it has power locks but crank windows, it will need the drivers side floor pan patched or replaced, it has some rust on the front of the rockers and some on the underside of the drivers door. All very repairable as I have already cut out and replaced metal on the passenger door and the passenger door jamb, they may need skimmed again with filler but the metal work is done. No Rust on the quarters, wheel wells, trunk lid, shock towers etc. its actually in great shape for the year. I purchased the car to make a turbo street beater/occasional track car. I have been working on the body and moving along and I am really close to spraying it with sealer but I developed a rod knock in my corvette, its time for a 383 stroker build and the procedds from the stang will help. I will take 1000 obo for the car, cash money talks and bullshit walks, i want this gone really soon. I may be interested in a few trades, obviously 383 stroker parts, mabye some nice 8 lug wheels with good tires 31" or bigger for my chevy truck etc. any questions feel free to ask my name is Dwayne 513-432-4025 or you can email me at andcustom@gmail.com

Yea this car came from my buddy. Is the floor pan still destroyed or did someone patch it? Other than that it wasn't a bad lil car...glws

yeah it cam from that guy and yes the floor an still needs fixed. The car started and drove around the driveway after I put the intake and dist on. It ran a little rough, but it ran. I never did get to drive it on the road or anything like that though. I would highly recommend a new dual/single plane intake, the one on it is a factory 4 bbl and it has factory emission holes that arent plugged, probably why it ran rough due to all the vacuum leaks. im sure it will need a little brake work, not positive but to be on the safe side, other than putting the smog pump, ac pump, alt, tensioner pulley, and power steering pump back on she would be ready to go.

I need a rotating assembly, preferbly a 383 kit. I would also be interested in a really nice set of heads, prefer 2.02/1.60 64cc heads, aluminum would be great. I would also be interested in a long block with 9.5-10.1 compression with a good set of pistons.

Man ever since i've posted a few pics of my car after getting painted, i've had about 10 people asking me where they can find a nose like i have. I can't believe nobody has bought this car based on that alone. For what you're asking i'm almost tempted to buy it for the front end and a few other parts and then scrap the rest and recoup half my cash.

Unfortunately not, this is the only ford I own and without the car I would have no use for it. Thanks for the offer though. Actually the car is in black sealer now and I completed some more bodywork. I will post pics ASAP

The car has been sanded and has been sprayed in sealer, the engine bay has not been sprayed due to the motor being in there
