I'm heading to Englishtown with my uncle for the Modern Mopar Shootout. Mod Depot tuned his SRT8 Charger awhile back and they are sponsoring him at this race. I never been there before, if anyone else is going lmk.

Those Hemis are impressive as long as #5 cylinder stays intact. Just imagine if that charger only weighed 2500lbs, it would really fly, but half the car would have to be cut off lol jk!

Its n/a, bone stock motor. Pa turnpike sucks, cops every 5 miles, air and ground both. Hills, turns, not looking forward to ride home lol. Also car weighs 4200lbs lol

Good luck at the race. E-Town is usually a awsome hooking track. This time of year you should have some very good air...probably be negative.

Well just got home, the event was actually at Atco dragway. I must say I'm not impressed with the crew, and track prep was a joke. Unprofessional, cussing, complaining, didnt like anyone assisting with burnouts, rude...... I wont go back.
We didnt get to run when the DA was really good, down time for breakage was rediculous. By the time we got to run, the DA was -700, which is good. We did get a personal best but wasnt what we was looking for. We went 11.73 @ 114 with a serious head wind, beating previous best of 11.85 @ 117. We missed good weather by one day.
The DA Thurday was -2400 and no head wind. The guys that ran Thursday was 3-4 tenths slower on Friday and thats when we ran.
Had fun, glad I went. It took just a little over 9 hours from Cincy to get there.
