Goo gone, soak em for an hour or so with Goo Gone then gently peel em. You'll probably have residue on the fender, but the goo gone will take it off too....

Goo gone works but is tough.........Pull the emblems and go to smyth or KOI and get a "body eraser" it goes on a drill. I used it on low and removed a whole dually lettering at my company. And NO damage to the finish!

Depends on the type of emblem, but I always had good luck with a hair dryer and glide dental floss. Heat the emblem with the hair dryer to soften the sticky backing, then remove it by using the floss. Works for stick on emblems, not sure if the emblems you're removing are that style or not though.
Goo gone, body erasers, etc.. to remove the sticky. I've never really had problems with just using WD40 and a microfiber to remove sticky residue. Then wash off after, maybe wax if there's any major difference in the paint colors due to fading/etc...
