What's the mods on the GT500? and what did it run? Looks as if it was hooking up decent, stock suspension?

Its Denial's on here. It didnt hook worth a shit!!! Really bad ass car but needs some tires and suspension work! I love seeing him drive it out and not just keep it garaged up with a cover!

In your pics it squatted pretty decent, I'm guessing it rebounded and went into wheel spin? And I totally agree, I hate when people buy cars like that and don't frickin drive them. My dad bought a GT500 in 07, sold it this year with 800 miles on it. You may have seen it collecting dust in Modular Depot's showroom.

Well I made two passes and both were horrible. First pass with traction control off I came out really easy, but once I hit second gear, it spun the whole way through second.

Second pass was with traction control on and that was a mistake lol. It literally almost died on me. I tried to hit second gear and missed it. It won't shift into second with traction control on for some reason while trying to power shift. So here are my times.

First Pass with TC off

1/8 e/t..........8.48
1/8 mph.......93.30
1/4 e/t.........12.60
1/4 mph......117.90

Second Pass with TC on missed 2nd gear

60'................2.44
330'..............6.16
1/8 e/t..........8.89

1/4 mph......120.23

I was a little dissapointed, but I expect more out of myself. I guess some slicks and a driveshaft are in the works. I'll be installing the intercooler along with A Whipple 2.9 over the winter. I'm gonna do some more suspension mods as well.

Either way its still a bad ass car! With that kind of mph if you can get it to hook up it will be a monster! Sweet ride and it was good meetin ya!

I couldn't remember until I looked at the actual slip. These are the exact times brother.

With slicks I would guess 11.0 - 11.50 @ 122 - 125 It defiantly has the power to hit those numbers. I just wanted to knock the dust off and see what it would do with radials on a cool day. I guess 12.60 isn't bad considering how bad it was spinning. Always next year.
