86 T top hatch roller

Getting rid of this roller. Outer body panels are in decent shape except the passenger front fender was hit by a shovel. Stantions were just fixed but the underside has some rust going on for sure. Has subframe connectors and front brakes off of a 88 GT I had sitting here. Rear end may be good but I never ran it, said it had 255 gears in it. Interior from the doors up is all there including new carpet from LRS ( mass back stuff) and newer arm rests and shifter plate ( the one bolted to the floor). Comes with a whole box load full of random crap but the front and rear seats are there but from the front doors back someone tried to swap out 97-93 rear hatch parts. Aftermarket steering wheel as well. The wheels pictured will NOT come with it so you will need some if I dont find some, asking 500 obo.

there is some just behind the wheel wells on the floor thats pretty eaten up and then the plug underneath the drivers seat has been eaten out. Also has rust inside the drivers side wheel well in a weird spot.


The suspension was pulled off another car I never drove. The discs are good but I have no clue about the calipers. Struts are toast up front and it has cut 4 cylinder springs but the rears are used KYBs with stock coils. The front A arms have upgraded ball joints for the 95 Cobra spindles that were on the car.

No they arent on it, I am using those for another chassis I have but I might be able to find a set of Gripp units somehwere in my garage.

glass is good and not scratched and nothing is cracked. some scratches on the passenger window but its mostly in the tint. T top are in great shape.

At some point before me this car wasn't treated very well, I would love to know who exactly it was because the car has potential and they shouldnt be allowed near cars.

well let me tell every one some more background on this car.this car (before mike got it) was repaired, redone at my shop last summer. the owner took it home and nothing but issues. even after fixing a ton of the issue's it had. well it came back to my shop for a short while, and beyond me, the owner put it up for sale. then mike stopped by and and wanted to go for a ride, took him for a ride. next thing i know its mikes car. mike got it for a street car, didnt like some things with it(i have to agree with him) but mike started redoing things. well so happened, the frame rails where gone. mike had those repaired and so on, well mike got sick of it, or felt it hated him like the s-10 i have for sale now did. not sure, dont care. or he may have found something wrong with the chassis more then im in the know of. so mike never put the chassis up for sale, due to the fact when he started parting it out, i called dibs on it then. as he slowly took all the good parts (not sure but i know i did on his facebook, and maybe some of the forums)off, i still had dibs on it. until recently when i flat told him dude, sorry i dont have the money till i sell the s-10 or a bunch of the junk i have sitting around. so he put it up for sale on every forum we are both on. well on buckeye stangs it played out in the for sale add there if any one wants to go read it. i have a customer buying the chassis for me if any one really wants to know.

the hole reason behind me getting this car, is one its the same year, and from the same seller of a car my girl got shorted on. the 86 vert i parted out a while ago. but there was a major title issue with that, im not not going any further into that story. but im pretty sure the car is yet mine again. and im still yet trying to keep this from her. as far as she knows the deal fell thru. its a surprise for her more then anything. this car grew on me in the period of time it sat here last year, as it did for her. i was glad to see mike get it. but alas still not on the road yet. but i'll start by doing the rust repair and adding adjustable torque boxs to it and getting the body all squared back up. and then start piecing a drive line together for it.

Was that supposed to be directed at me? I owned the car for 3 months and put less than 500 miles on it. It was parked in a garage 98% of the time i owned it. I was on my way home from work and missed a shift and overreved it could have broke the supercharger belt. I pulled over and the car was towed home because it was running like shit and developed a fuel leak. I told the guy who bought it the car had a major issue and should be towed home. He instead left my house sideways through 2nd. Then 15 mins later my cousin calls me and says I just saw some guy in your mustang pulling out of the gas station racing a red corvette. I cant tell someone how to drive something once they buy it:lol:

Obviously I took the 03/04 wheels and Cobra front brakes. Swapped rear ends with my other roller and some other small stuff but thats it.
