What I was told they are Pro-Comp Rock crawler 99 series wheels. Chrome steel wheels. (16 x 8 and fit 97-03 F150. 5 lug.)
No tires, looks like they were either never used or just bolted up at one time and that's it. No lugnuts, no center caps. I paid $200 from a guy on craigs list a week or so ago and would like to get that out of them. They are pretty much flawless.
I bought these to use while my wheels where being powdercoated. Since Kenny (mustangboy) did them so fast and the lug nuts that came with it were 14mm and I needed 12mm I didn't use them anyway.
