used tire recycling

Was hoping to find a place that just takes them. I'm not a big fan of paying someone to take my recyclables just to turn around and sell the stuff once its processed. Kinda like double dipping.

The hamilton transfer station on North 3rd St. In Hamilton accepts old tires to recycle. I wish more residents would take advantage of the service.

I thought about it. We have a dumpster but its always full. Hell I try giving the scrap guys the tires. They always pass on those :lol:

called rumpke. they take 10 at a time up in colerain. otherwise you need to get an account set up. waiting on a call back from them now

if you drop tires off to Rumke its about $3 a tire. If you have them pick up at your place its $1.75 a tire and its COD style. Guess I know what I'm doin now lol

Clermont county junk day is coming up where you drop off whatever you have to make it look nicer around here. Don't apartments have a lot of really big dumpsters....... just saying timber glen cough cough.

She didn't say. If Rumke takes 10 then I would say 10 or less maybe. Looks like any place is gonna charge. Just got to find the cheapest one.
