i have a semi complete 4.6 2v. windsor block, pi heads, its been fully taking apart will part it out or give me 300 and you can have the items for it. was going to build it but changed to a 4v build.

what are you doing? 2v's are easier and cheaper to build. Just my .02

well im running a teksid block with ported 98 b heads. havent decided on intake, switched to coil over plugs, then gona run a hellion single turbo setup. i got everything besides the turbo kit and i only got 1200 invested.

heads are 2000 pi with cams - 150

block - 100

I would still go with the on 3 kit like I did. when you look at that 5k base price without any other stuff you will need. I will stay with my on3 3k dollar kit.

i have seen those on ebay. are they reliable?

I havn't really had any problems. I had to do a little customizing but yes they are reliable. The question is wether or not you can contain yourself to keep the boost down for safe levels of your shortblock.
