Outdoor deck cleaning advice

I tried using Olympic deck cleaning solution with mixed results--it didn't get all the stains out of the deck. Has anybody tried any other cleaners with success on dark tree sap stains in the wood? If not, I guess I need to buy a pressure washer for the job. Thanks.

Go rent a BIG Power washer from Home Depot. NOT the small one. It will strip that shit real quick!

A buddy of mine at work was just telling me he used a Johnsons cleaning product. Not sure of the exact name, but I know it was a Johnsons brand. He only had to use a water hose to rinse.

I have had good luck with Behr Premium 2 in 1 prep # 63 (Home Depot) in conjunction with a power washer. Thing is, you have to pay close attention with the washer or you will literally shred the wood.

A good pressure washer will go a long way. Just use only as much pressure as you need to get the job done as to not risk damaging the wood itself.
