This might sound stupid but what's a good way I can get a nice deep tone out of my 02 gt I have a h pipe with knock off flowmasters

Well, usually an H and Flows are about as deep as you can get. It might sound a bit deeper without tail pipes but it'll be a lot louder too.

Ok thanks would it make a difference if I cut off tail at mufflers and put 90s off the mufflers

Yes but you will have the god awful smell of exaust unless your car is super vented.

My 99 with the Mac ProChamber and Flowmaster catback sounded nice and deep. Wasnt too loud at all either.

I'm gonna say no...at least not from what i've done myself. Usually cracky exhaust happens with tail pipes more than with dumps (90s). I'm not sure it'll ever be quite as deep as you want it since it's a 4.6...those engines just aren't as deep sounding as a 5.0.
