You guys are the EXTREME minority right now. That housing market is absolutely DEAD up here in the Dayton area. We gave up selling our house after being on the market for almost 9 months. Going to rent it out now.

Stay tuned for the Exisisting Home Sales Report to come out next Tuesday. It's supposed to be pretty dramatic.
