1995 mustang gt

95 mustang gt, 146K miles, 5.0 302 v8, 5spd. Has a SALVAGE/REBUILT TITLE, I dont believe it was wrecked cant find any repairs so I believe to be a police impound car. Runs strong, cobra r hood,cobra front bumper, e303 cam, rare roush intake (1 of 100 ever made), frame ties, king cobra clutch,aluminum driveshaft, Autogage tach, hurst shifter, Eibach springs,fresh fluids, plugs. Needs a hub on passengerside front, needs some brake work, needs exhaust work(small leak), doesnt have a back seat, needs a small amount of body work has some scratches and dings isn't perfect but not bad at all either, front end bushings are squeaky, needs to move soon since I am moving. $3100, not interested in any trades PERIOD! .

I don't believe being an impound makes it salvage.

yeah some countys give it a salvage title when they impound them

I've had 2 cars with salvage titles due to being impounded. I really can't say one way or another why this car was impounded, but frame rails are straight and never been creased, the grab points on the underside chassis where they hook a frame machine to to pull it are untouched, car drives straight down the road. It has a dented fender from a parking lot job is all, is all the damage is.

some states did give a car a salvage title if it was stolen and that led to impound. One of my porsches had a rebuilt title due to theft and the original owner didnt get it back.
