77 had the low pinion front axle, and the gas tank behind the seat. 513 822-1112. you probably wish you had six of these right now huh!!!:bigthumb 77 1/2 was mid year changes. it had a ride height of 2 inches lower than the older 250 trucks. that is how the term high-boy came about.

I had a 74 high boy, this is not a high boy I just thought the split dif made it a high boy but thanks for the info.
