New motor!

Tom. Im gonna drop in a stock bottom end 5.0 with performance clinic ported E7 heads, RPM Intake, 24#'rs, etc......... The car already has longtubes back and mac cold air. What you guys think a mild setup like this will put down?

any cyl head will be of great gain over ported e7. if you are in the market I think there is some killer deals on here for heads..

yeah and i would not go with a motorsports cam.. get you some ported gt40's and a trickflow stage 1

My lx had gt40's that were stock with an E-303 cam. Car made 260 to the wheels with 300+ torque. I had a 125 shot and the car made 360 rwhp and 400+ torque. This is without a tune.

My guess would be 250 with a tune.

So.......I guess I should go with a different setup before doing all the work of ripping that thing out it seems......maybe get some gt40's

I had a gt40 p motor from an explorer. Those things are super cheap to buy and make damn good power.
