Over the years I have seen a few for sale on here. I would prefer a box top, but would entertain a futura if its right for me. Doesn't matter if its running or not because I'm gonna replace the drivetrain anyways. Let me know what ya got, or what your neighbor has, or a friend of a friend, anything!! Thanks!!!

Not sure if he want to sell it but Wildstang89 has one, or his dad may own it now.

I've got a 1978 Fairmont, it's a sedan. Original 5.0L car with 53K miles. Not real sporty looking though, it's brown with a tan vinyl top.

Not really looking for a 4 door car but the brown with tan top would be cool. With my plans for the car, the uglier the better!! Anything can look sporty mini-tubbed and slammed on the ground!!!

Well, I'm not really sure what I'd sell it for...

The car is in great shape mostly. It's been in the family since it was brand new. The headliner is sagging, but it's still up there. There is a dent in the hood where someone closed it on the prop rod- other than that the body is straight. Grille, bumpers, lights, mirrors, all in nice shape. There's no rust anywhere that I can find, and the interior is in great condition. There are a few other little issues, but it IS 32 years old.

It's been garage most of it's life. It's a really early car, probably one the the first ones built- fall of 1977.

I'm guessing I'd let her go for somewhere around $1500 maybe? I'll have to reasearch the price a bit, these cars are getting really hard to find anymore.

My Dad has a 78 fairmont futura. Factory 302, auto, 10-hole wheels. Faded red w/ dark red interior. Has some surface rust, but real solid. I think he wants a $1,000 for it. Can send some pics if interested. Thanks, Steve
