I am, but I'm not sure if I am going up Friday morning, Friday evening, or Saturday morning. It just depends on how things go at work today and tomorrow.

LOL no one is easy to find at Joliet. It is a HUGE race with a ton of people. I should be up behind the stands though ;)

yea it is a pretty massive event, i'll try to find ya. im thinkin we'll end up pitting in the grass out towards the end of the track.

I flew in last night.

Watch out for a local guy up there with a 1980 AMC Spirit station wagon. You won't miss it. It has a big Wiend Blower sticking out of the hood and likely the only AMC Spirit running in the 10's. He is a pretty laid back guy. All of his in-laws as well as his wife drag races up there. They live in the Aurora area. Nice group of people. His father in-law runs a Pinto with one of those new Boss crate engines in it. If you just happen to cxome across them (unlikely) tell them Chad said hi. The guy with the Spirit's name is Goddard.
