The 98GT I picked up a couple of months ago is hard starting after it has been sitting for a few hours. At first I chalked it up to being in storage for two years and had old gas in it. Now that I've filled it a few times I started checking it out. When cold, there is no fuel pressure with just the key on. It cranks forever and finally starts. The pressure then stays at 30-35psi and the car runs great. I can shut it off, turn the key on and the pressure jumps right up to 40 and slowly bleeds off unless I start it. It will start very easily after the intial start. It doesn't seem like a fuel pump issue since it runs great and works fine after the initial start. Sticky regulator? Any other things to check?
