fell in to some money plan on puttin a kenne bell flowzilla with afr 185cc heads. with all the recomened parts on the kenne bell website on two different 5.0s both have 100,000 miles. would a rebuild be nessary? wanting to run 10lbs of boost thanks

Im sure it wouldnt hurt! Some say at 100K that they are just getting broke in but I say it couldnt hurt.

I made 491rwh on a 100,000mi stock bottom end...as long as its in good mechanical condition you should be fine.

i say u drive it for another 100k, and at about 200,000...thats when they are broken in!

ha alright thanks. kb says use afr heads comp cam and gt 40 intake any info on anythin better for the similar price
