I'm looking for zip ties....the kind that when they're put on, they lay flush...i don't know how else to explain that....the male end is designed different than your typical zip tie and when put together it lays flat..where can i find them? Do they have any sort of name?
 what a stupid thread

No i've seen them in plastic before but i have no idea where to buy them. Walmart only sell the standard ones.

I would try that place in the Withamsville area called Fastenal. I would think they would carry them as it is a type of fastener. You never know, hopefully they will have them!

Weeeell why sugar coat things right?
Yeah dude whenever...i'm not sure they'll work for what i have in mind anyways to be honest so don't go out of your way. Do an image search for "ghetto wave" and you'll see what i'm doing. I'm just curious if these inline zips will work any better than the standard kind.

Sort of yes sort of no....the purpose is that when you have it clipped into your pocket, it actually opens the knife when you pull it out of your pocket.
