I'm still kind of kicking around Satin Black on my SN, and was wanting to see more angles on it. And if anyone has any info on the paint he used.
**Edit** Had the car ID'd wrong.

Yeah that is Matt's car.
I am not sure of brand or anything but it is Flat Black Tractor paint, from Tractor Supply. He can let you know brand and all of that stuff. The only thing if you go with that and you plan on driving it a lot or it being in the sun a lot, the paint will get a white look to it. It has no UV protection and will turn colors some after awhile. The Hot Rod Black kits you can pick up from about any paint place around town and they do have UV protection in them.

Low gloss black from tractor supply. Forget the brand but its pretty much the only one they carry, in a green can. I think it was Tractor and Implement" or something like that, $27 for a gallon

There's a guy running around with a GTR with that satin type paint on it. I mentioned it to a friend of mine who is a body man and he said they have the satin clear out for it now so it won't get that white look to it.
Plated might know more about it.

It's not wrapped. The GTR is supposed to be one of the Gramma's clan, maybe the younger boy's.

u can add a flatner to clear so it doesn't shine, thats what they did to black for years to get a low to no gloss look, since the sem hot rod black came out it's alot easier than doing the flatner&clear thing.the sem don't scratch it don't waterspot, and holds up to the elements,2 quarts is enought to do a car,but it's tricky to spray it will run just like any paint and what you see is what you get, thers no wet sanding and buffing so get it on as nice as possible out of the gun is what you will get at the end. now to get it to do a wheelie you need to get with brandon lol

You sure about that? One of his buddies claims he spent more than a thousand dollars to have it wrapped.

Sweet! Thanks again for the advice Plated.

I think Mike Bell will be helping with that. His front wheels have more air time than most fighter pilots, lol.
