Ok so i dropped in a replacement motor last night and i cant get the thing to start. It acts like it wants to start but wont. It has fuel and i checked all the coils and plugs and they all look good. NEED HELP ASAP. please let me know your opinions

Well i pulled out the programmer and turned the fuel down because i didnt have have the turbo on yet and i got it to idle
