I have a NEW SHOP thread that you can check out. Just the property is a good investment. What would be perfect to me is, 30k loan i come up with the 175k the property will be in my name and the business will have a contract with an individual for the 30k. i have colateral that will be in contract. I am looking for someone that can let me do a 3-5yr loan. you can pm for more info.

So basically the bank told you that they want around 30 grand down on the property you are wanting to buy, And you want someone to loan it to you ???
