This outta get me in the 9's!

Picked up a used 08 today. I've had 3 busa's all 3 gen1's and 1 of those a turbo.

This is my first gen2. 2008 with 2675 miles. 11" over arm, brock sidewinder, air shifter, corbin seat, about 3500 just in extra parts, pretty sweet deal. Hoping for some 9.8's to 9.6's.

yes, air shifter on it already, down 1 in the front. can't lower it anymore, won't be able to go right lol

Where's the saddle bags and leather fringe? LOL! It looks like its going 70 just sitting there in the drive. I love fast, but I love it on 4 wheels. You got to have some big'ns to ride that to a low 9 or high 8. WOW!!! When a bike has to have a hump built up behind the seat to keep the rider on it you know its got to be STUPID fast!!!! if i had that much work done to a busa an it didnt go 9's id burn it.n/a bolt on 1000 bikes go high 8's. nice bike btw. looks sick.

What he said, regaurdless of size. You know I'm not small lol, if nothin else throw a 40 shot on it, and ride it lazy and still smack a low 9 lol, work on that short time and be in the 8's! Thats a 1340 workin under you there, it'll run strong. As for the tail, if you had an extended one on it everyone would love it! I just painted a 8 over tail for my 99, they change the whole bike imho...

i've had 3 before 2 reg and 1 turbo. This is my first new body though, can't wait to see how it performs

They are strong Terry, you wont be disappointed at all! Fastnotch2002's wife has one with a 240 widetire on it, even with all that extra weight it still moves out nicely..

this is what i was getting out of my 02, and i think i went 9.8's on my 05, never got the turbo to the track.

i know, short times suck lol
