99 F250 Super Duty Crew Cab. 4wd. i love this truck. sitting up high again is nice. everyone moves out of your way. none rides your ass on the highway or back roads. its great.

mustang went bye bye. so i got this. cobra started knocking and the tranny wouldnt stay in 5th unless you held it in 5th as well at 2nd and in 4th. didnt feel like spending that many thousands rebuilding the trans and motor.

ill get some better pics later on tonight after i get some time to cleaning it up. in the middle of a putting a new frame and a new tub for a jeep wrangler.

it also came with a cap for the bed but im not a fan of that so if anyone wants a cap for a f250 short bed ill cut you a hell a deal on one ;)

major. a little over 2k went into that car just to keep it driving in the matter of my 2 months of ownership. 4v was cool but fuck the 99 or 01 cobra's. imma stick with a pushrod motor as a toy. and to top it off tranny wouldnt stay in gear unless you held the shifter there and it was start to burn major amounts of oil.

Is the engine the same basic one from 98 up to 04? (cobra and gt)

no the engine is a 99 and 01 only deal for them. 03 and 04's are different. as are the 96-98's. engine was fine till it started burning more and more oil. it spent time as a track car. every bushing was wore out. transmission was barley working after i put about 2k on it. rear end blew up it was one thing after another with that car and i wanted out from under it.
