Melissa Liddy was involved in a very serious accident at Kil-Kare Dragway on April 29, 2010. She has spent the last 18 days in the hospital and 14 of them were in the ICU. There are going to be a tremendous amount of bills and a very long recovery. So anyone thats close to the area please stop by and show your support to Melissa and her family. I am going to try to stop up on Sunday check out the car show and help a racer. I picked this from anouther site so call the number for any info. I know alot of us know what $10 pr $20 means to us but there is power in numbers I am sure all donations would be very helpfull to the family.

I saw the wreck and it was pretty horrific. I don't think I have anything going on that day so I will try to stop by.

Amazing she made it through that one when you look at how the top part of that cage separated from the rest of the chassis. Glad to see she's recovering. Will try and make it out.

I was there that night! It was a bad wreck hate to see that kind of thing happen to anyone. I hope she makes a full recovery ASAP! It could happen to any of us that love drag racing!!!!
