I didn't want to hijack the other dude's thread about Buying on a Contract so...

What advice can you'all give to someone considering selling a home on a land contract ?

Just like I told the other guy, hire an attorney to protect your interest as well as that of any potential buyers.

A good attorney, good contract and make sure it is filed at the courthouse.

And yes good attorneys do exist.:)
