135 in a 50 on st rt 73 from boro to waynesville on a cbr600f4i. cop said when i pulled out he was behind me and then i was gone. only reason i stopped is cause of the up and downs on the road. Probably would've flew to the moon!! ticket was $420 and a tow bill of $97 and then lost my licence for 12 points.
on another note, made it from xenia to boro in 12 min and out ran the cops. many nights like that.

101 in a 55 in Tennessee back in 1984. Nailed by a Tennesse state trooper. Had Indiana tags on the car. Can't believe he only wrote me a ticket and let me go. The other car being driven by a friend of mine's grirlfriend was also pulled over for the same speed. Turns out she was driving with a falsified license as well as doing 101 in a 55. She went to jail!!! LOL!!! I was 19 and full of life. To top it off I was in a 1978 Mercury Cougar XR7 that had a 351W and a C6 tranny. Talk about a boat with no suspension. Scares me every time I think back to doing that. Amazed the car would even break 90 with those louzy power plants they had then.

108 in a 60 2 years ago drag racing Transman down 32. I got clocked by OSP and he wasn't a happy camper. I told him I didn't know who Transman was and I know he didn't believe me. He dropped the speed to 90 in a 60 and it was a 180.00 fine. Transman split the cost with me.

78 in a 45. If I didnt have my radar detector, it would have been closer to 90ish. I got that in march and had a 45 day suspension and had to go to 2 driving classes cause I was 16.

105 in a 65 down I-675. Being five minutes late wasn't worth the court costs and legal issues afterward. :(

I have two big MPH tickets. You would think after the first I wouldve learned my lesson but, oh well. lol First was 101 in a 65 on Christmas morning on my way to my mother's house in Columbus in 1996. My other one was just last November and was 104 in a 65. Damn newer Mustang got what was comin to him though. Unfortunately for being the winner I was also the loser. heh
Now I have a Passport 8500 x50 and tend to watch my speed a lot more. So hopefully no more big mph tickets for me.

I got my first ticket in Thanksgiving in 98. It was a 87 in a 65. The sad thing was I happened to be the middle car in a 3 car string. I also had only had my license of like 20 days.
To top that off it was in a 90 Nissan Stanza GXE.
The damn thing could bearly get out of its own way.

113 in 55 lets just say SR22 bond for 5 years, lost license 6 months, take class, pay court cost, reinstatment fee and then take the test again. Lets just when it is not the first time they get a little upset, ouch.

My biggest, was back in 77. Driving from Cincinnati to Fort Campbell, KY. 1:30 in the AM cruising on the Blue Grass Parkway about 130. On a nice gentle bend in the road, and poof, all I could see was he flicked his bic and the world lite up like it was day.
So, I just shut it down and coasted to a stop. Five minutes later, he pulls over behind me. He thanks me for stopping, saved me the imbarrassment of being chased. Besides, I knew the radio is much faster than I was. He wrote me up for 75 in a 55 and cost me $130.

Going down 75s in St Bernard cop gunned me @ mitchell ave. He came out all smokey and bandit on me so I just shut it down and waited.
Cop thanked me for stopping, and wrote me for 97 in a 55 to lessen the fine and avoid the arrest/impound. He said "you was draggin your front bumper when you went by me and the gun said 112."
He gave me the obligatory speed kills lecture, thanked me for my dads military service(car sported purple heart plates, they apparently were in the same division in Vietnam) and sent me on my way with a $97 ticket. I told him I was working on the car for him ( i had my dealership uniform on still) since he couldn't do it himself. I felt good about it until I realized the numbers were still on the windshield and quarter glass from Tristate earlier that evening:lol:
Luckily he didn't notice.

I've driven the BG a lot and I can't imagine that back then there would have been a lot of other officers to radio to.
My biggest was 76 in a 55 on US27 near Cynthiana. I was headed to Lexington to see my girlfriend (now my wife) and got nailed by a state trooper going the other way. I was coming down a hill and around a bend and when I looked ahead I saw him coming. I knew I was getting pulled over but I didn't think i was going anywhere near that fast. I thought I was doing about 65. I was just thankful it wasn't 5 minutes earlier when I realized I was doing 90+ before thinking to myself I should slow down.

Did ohio change how long they keep things on your driving record? I JUST checked mine and it only goes back 2 years now instead of 3....
If that's the case, 1 more ticket gets dropped off today (my wreckless opp!!) and I'll be calling my insurance co.!!
Oh also my biggest speeding ticket was 69 in a 55, I think it was like $120 or something like that... and I was doing about 80 when I saw him coming at me in the distance...

Ohio has always only gone back two years, well atleast as long as Ive been driving but insurance goes back 3.
mine is lame and sucks. I was 16 just got my D/L and was going down 275. Never saw the cop and he got me for a big 75 in a 55. Under 18 so i had to go to court and the judge suspended my D/L for 90 freaking days.

Thank god I didn't get a ticket, because I'd probably have lost my license the rest of my life. I was doing a "top speed" run in the available space just to get a video of it. I was doing 165 in a 55.

...When I was 16 I received a whopping 10 points in one court visit (fleeing and eluding, reckless op, no operators license, no seat belt, and wanton endangerment). After being serving my 180 day license suspension, my rates soared to $2,100 year (back in 1986) for liabiltiy only, on a 1984 Escort! Those "high risk"
rates continued until I turned 18...
This is from another thread, but the original reason the OSHP started pursuit was clocking me at 98 in a 55 (which he did not cite me for) passing 4 or 5 school busses and other cars that were all in a log jam line on US 42 in Madison County OH (all this to hurry and get to my best friends house to catch the 'Metal Hour' on MTV:lol:!) All I had was my temps and the guy riding with me was only 15!
I had the only Mustang II coupe in town and I knew the local PD knew who I was (since they were waiting at the town limit). So I eventually pulled over and waited for the OSHP. Needless to say he was not in a good mood when he arrived! He went all Barney Fife on me...he was shaking like a dog shittin razor blades, yelling at me with his voice cracking and changing pitch, gun drawn (looking back it's a wonder he didn't shoot my big ass) and then, I got to try on some purdy chrome bracelets and took a ride to the tank in London OH...the bad part was waiting for my old man to come and pick me up...the worst part was next 6 months of my life! My parents were 6ft up in my ass about EVERYTHING. In hindsight, rightfully so. :)
To this day, my dad tells me that he never thought with my driving record as a youngling would I become a professional driver, and have 14 years and over 1,000,000 miles of accident free driving.
Also note I went from driving a HiPo headed, cammed, 4bbl 302 in a Mustang II to an 84 Escort...the ULTIMATE punishment!!!
Sorry for the long post.;)

Well i never had a ticket untill last may. and ive had 4 since then lol.
1st- spinning my tires in front of the courthouse in xenia.
2nd- On my way to kings island. I was on trebein road and i was showing my cousin my power band lol. then a sherriff passed me. little did i know that they take radar as they drive by you. 76 in a 55. This was the first time I had to go to court lol.
3rd- 68 in a 45 on Col. Glenn in Fairborn. State boy let me off because , my buddies and i were on our way home from diamonds :D
4th- on us 35 headin to Ohio U. 88 in a 65
5th- on lake street in new carlisle. 36 in a 25. I thought the speed limit was 35 like every other street in the town! sherriff was a dick too. Had to go to court for having 3 speeding tickets in a year. aka 3 in 4 months. had to do a remedial driving class and court costs and a fine.

I've never actually had a speeding ticket knock on wood! But I will say that the speeds I run from time to time on my bikes are more than enough to get me locked up. I've done some stupid shit right infront of staties and sheriffs, then had to ride my ass off to get out of it. By the way, my GSXR1000 speedo stops at 199, and my busa speedo ran up to 205 before I let out lmao. So I think that woulda been a jail stay if caught...

had a 94 in a 65 on 675 here by fairfield mall in a Mercury tracer heading to my buddies house to finish painting my stang.
Had 2 racing tickets but both were once we were slowing down.
Did have a near miss in my old 88 gt. it was just after i built the motor and a buddy of mine wanted a ride. i don't remember where we were but i had the speedo well beyond pegged ( 120mph speedo) as we crest a hill i see flashing lights. it was a state boy writing someone a ticket. i seen him drop his clip board as he broke his neck turning around to see me. Im sure it went like this " here you go ma'am,please sign here *hears the rumble of the stang* What the F*CKing sh*t!!! ahh nevermind" LOL
