oh yeah i agree im not mad about what ppl said about it i totally was expecting something like that i was just looking for some help and some comments on the car im just the kind of person that gets heart broken to see a mustang have to get stripped and hauled off the car has 107,000 actual miles 5 speed and runs smooth and quite all stock and i only paid 1200 for it the structure is prefectly straight amazingly and all it needs is both front fenders both doors and the front bumper headlight panel and some small odds and ends i hope to make it my dream car just a lil stressed about the title but the guy seems to be a straight forward farm boy the honest kind and he even said he hopes that i can get it back on the road which iv already got it half way there ;) can anyone say 98 saleen replica?:D

So what you are telling me is that the bank owns it. So it is stolen. Awesome. You seem like a very classy guy.

If it has a lien, you will not get any kind of title until the lien is settled. Period. The guy should know if he still owes money on it or not. Once the lien is satisfied the bank will send the title to the owner.

on a bank lien you can have a lawyer write up a request showing the car being damaged and tell them to pick it up car or release the lein they usally will release the lein! we did it on a couple wrecked auction cars and some on where on a car that where on a property that a friend purchased!

well i sold my lincoln yesterday and went and bought a full saleen body kit and 2 inch lowering springs i already have the saleen heat extractor hood and saleen s281 wing so it will be a sweet replica just swapping everything else off of my 96 gt like the cobra brakes and drilled slotted rotors but i will keep everyone up dated .......and yeah i know it sounded bad at first but.....u cant blame me for wanting to save a mustang from death;)
