going to court on thursday for full custody of my son. its been a very long battle and my 19th trip to court. this is the final one. wish me luck, although i dont really think i will need it.

i have 5 professionals on my side, including cps , childrens hospital, doctors and social workers. i dont know why but i am still nervous. or maybe its just anxious.

good luck, depends on the county sometimes

brown county wouldn't give my brother custody. then they ended up taking the kids away from his ex. they have given guardianship to her mother now, but still won't take permanent custody away from his ex and give it to him.

his oldest son whos 19 lives with him (same mom) and he's remarried with 2 other boys with his wife and another boy that they adopted from an abusive family.

but he's still not good enough for brown county over his drug dealing ex wife

$10k in lawyers fees and he's finally given up

Stay positive, everytime I've been to court I've made progress towards getting my daughter away from her drug using mother. I finally became residential parent a few yrs ago.
