Like the title says !!! I'm looking for educated/proven suggestions for a Cam (an OTS or your own suggestion of lift/duration/etc.) Suggestions for head gaskets, etc And why you think this would work !!!
Rundown ...
3000# with me in it ...
4.10's
c4 with 3800-4000 stall
FMS Vic Jr. intake
Carb ... looking at 850 BG !!!
Motor is 351 .040 over
DSS TW cut pistons -3cc
Heads are TW's
Here are the head specs ( Not that they mean $hit to me LOL)
Maximum safe valve opening range before approaching coil bind .620
Valve springs will stack @ .680
Safe valve opening range before split locks contact guide seals .744
Spring seat open pressure as assembled with shims 205-210
spring open loads @ .620 valve lift .595
Final Combustion chamber 59cc
Flow #'s are as follows ...
Lift..............................Flow
.100 ........................78 I
.200 ......................149 I
.300 .......................211 I
.400 .......................249 I
.500 .......................265 I
.600 to .700 they stayed at 269 I
And the I/E ratio is 71.6%
Also these heads are set up for a Solid Roller !!!
What head gaskests would you use, Etc !!!
If any more info is needed let me know what it is ...
This car will be 99.9% N/A But will have at max a 200 shot just for giggles !!!
So any suggestions appreciated !!!
