That gas mileage sucks. How many miles on the car? Any mods to it?

Doesn't smoke any other time at all? Initially it sounds like its loading up on too much fuel at idle.

If your only getting ten miles to the gallon it has to be dumping mass fuel somewhere.

Its like 113,xxx and yea a lil I got 70mm t.b. And plenum and under drive pullys cold air intake some basic bolt ons with those bolt ons you wouldn't think it would get that bad of gas mileage

depends on the color of smoke thats puffing out. Might be a build up of fuel. If you don't have a good tune on it that should help the MPG part but if your only getting 10 right now then something else is a miss.
what color is the smoke?
Its like a blue white

If its blue and white thats either burning oil or a head gasket leak

This is typically the case if its blueish smoke. Smell like burnt oil at all? You should be able to smell it easily. Still doesnt explain the fuel mileage though. May want to do a quick compression test on her to check out each cylinder.

Ok thanks my dads been saying the same thing but I was hoping he was wrong lol but thanks

if it smokes while cold then its more likely valve seals. If the car is warm then you may be looking at some rings going bad and/or the head gasket starting to leak by. The blue means oil so most likely the rings are letting a little bit blow by until it heats and seals up. If caught soon enough you can do a rering and be done with it.

How hard is it to put rings in it

not to bad if you know your way around a motor. got to take the pistons out to do so. A compression check would help tell some signs.
