LOL...My neighbor came to me about a week ago wanting to know if I could put some springs and struts on his 'away at college' daughter's 99 Mustang 6 banger. I told him sure thing, and set it up for Saturday (yesterday) while she was home for spring break. He had always bitched about how rough the car rode, but he just chalked it up to it being a Mustang I guess. Well...after getting the front coils out...well, the picture should say it all! I've NEVER seen any this FUBAR'd before!

Damn and I thought one snapped coil off a spring was bad on my old 97, that's nuts.

I looked them over, and amazingly enough, I didn't see any cracks or bends, and when I spun them, I didn't notice any run-out either. I was surprised to say the least!
