I am running it on a low boost(10psi) setting right now just for cruising around. Car was dynoed by the builder at 670rwhp on 16psi.

Caris more then I Need right now and would like something I can cruise around in more and take the family out in on Sundays!Guess I am getting old, lol....or may just use the money towards a down payment on a house.

is that interior a rare color?

I dont know...is tan rare.....The car is an SSP car so that should be worth something right there! Its the ultimate Cop car now....I even have original documentation showing it was issued to Hall County Sheriffs department when it was new.

I will ask to please refrain from the negative comments. Anyone use to this type of car understands these "minor" issues. Thats all I will say about that.

Anyway, had the car out some this weekend and runs great. I didnt drive the car at all this winter and forgot how fun it is.

At least he's honest about the leak.

The interior is semi-rare. Not that it would be worth more than a black interior, but it's uncommon to say the least.

I dont want to dwell but I am trying to be as upfront as I can.....as many cars as I have messed with that have had this much work done to them it always seems there are little bugs, its the nature of the game, and to be honest if you cant work on cars you have no business owning this one, unless you have deep pockets and can pay everyone to do it for you....but I digress....

SSP, yes means it was a cop car...as I said I have a copy of a magazine article that that featured this very car back when it was in use as a Hall County Georgia Sheriff car, as well as a copy of the original title showing Hall County ownership...kind of cool, but car has come a long way from those days. If my scanner would work I would scan it it and show it to you all.

Anyway, thanks for the good comments guys, car is pretty wild and ready to make someone a nice 9 sec car!

Just an update....
These are all my pictures I have of the car some are from the previous owner. Had several pms about the car. It appears after torquing the IM I have seal it up, I pressurized the system and heard air leaking around it and since I tighten it up no more leak.

14k is the least I can take for the car with all the parts included.

Hopefully they dont make you too sick but you get an idea of whats going on. Please forgive all the junk in the trunk....all go faster parts and i wanted to keep it all in one place until I got it installed or in this case sold.....

Its been a while since I have pursued selling this car, its been a busy summer, moving and working, have not got to enjoy this car like I thought or like it should be, it should be out on a track somewhere laying down some 9-10 sec passes!

Anyway going to bump it again, will take 1000 off the asking price, Would be a great car for someone looking to do a little light tuning this off season.

Just had it out a little tonight, nothing crazy just cruising up the road. Someone come take a look at it and take it home with you....

Please dont ask me to meet you halfway across the country, car is not something I would drive too far as it sits. Suspension sits too low which is why I have all the other stuff that I have yet to put in and is still brand new!
Thanks and pm me for details.

Cant remember the tire size but I believe the rears are 18x 10 with Nitto555R drag radials and the fronts are slightly smaller then that with Nitto tires.

No sides shot. I wouldn't mind finding some good 17 or 18 torque thrust rims with simialr width as mine. Going to hold out for right now, plus I have a few people wanting to check out the car. I appreciated it and will keep you in mind.
Thanks

Considering offers, let me stress reasonable, 10g is not reasonable for this car. I am not a good salesman bc I am too honest but this car has some amazing potential. If I had the time I Would install the suspension and take it down the track a few times myself!

May also consider a low mileage 2000-20037.3 Powerstroke 4x4 extended cab or crew cab. Must be in excellent condition (clean title) and low miles to be considered.
Thanks

The interior color was very popular on the SSP's. All the marked FHP's had tan interior as did many SSP's in TX and other warmer states. But you do have a very nice looking tan interior which is rare. I know several people who would love to have that nice of OEM interior in their SSP's. Another thing making it a little rarer is the power options you have. Federal agency SSP's had power options but not too many others. I also know where the HCSO sister SSP to your car is. It was dark blue with blue interior...and let me tell you, yours is in much better shape.

Good luck with the sale and hopefully now that it is tax time you will find a buyer.

Thanks for the info..I never realized how popular the SSP cars were until I got this one, although its far from its days chasing cars, its more of a runner now! Often wonder if it would have any value as a roller and let someone restore the car to its original SSP state and then use another car for the performance...

You can always find a buyer for an SSP roller...pending it still has some of the SSP specific items (Buck tags, Certified speedometer, etc...). SSP cars are one of the top rated collector cars to have of the fox body era. Only 15,000 were made in the 10 years they were produced. You figure all the ones wrecked, rotted, or turned into all out race cars you can see why the stock restored ones can bring in some big money.

I would say enjoy the car as is, if you ever want to get one to cut up then look for a regular coupe. :bigthumb

Have a had a few questions on combinations...Here is it

15,000 for everything including TKO600, Pro5.0 shifter, Clutch, and Bellhousing, Both wheels, and all the suspension parts.

11,500 for the car as is no other wheels or parts.

13,000 for car and suspension
