Where to take old computers and monitors?

I have 4 old towers and an old monitor that I need to get rid of. Where can I recycle these at? I really dont want to send them to the rumpke landfill since most of this stuff is hazardous.

Call your local solid waste district or county environmental office...they should be able to tell you where you can take it. Some county/city/SWD's do household hazardous waste and electronic waste collection days where you can drop stuff off that shouldn't go in the regular trash.

Last summer there was a day in lebanon ,at justice dr., where they took old computers to recycle. Was watching to see when they were going to do it this summer as I to have a few to get rid of.
