Im trying to install a 75mm tb on my sn95, only problem is clearance. the throttle position sensor interferes with the tall valve covers. Would a throttle body spacer be a possible fix??

The best thing you can do is switch to a fox throttle body setup. If you dont want to do that you can either get an intake spacer, or dent the valve cover in. A tb spacer might work. Cant say without seeing it.

Not sure if the spacer will help you or not. It will move everthing out a little more than an inch so I would measure out and see what you come up with. If you want to do and intake spacer you will need at least a 3/4" intake spacer to clear the taller covers. This will also put your intake right against you hood insulation. Also I would imagine if the TPS is hitting so is the EGR. The spacer will take care of both problems. You can do this or re-wire the TPS and change over to the fox body style, but the spacer might be easier for you.

Fox body style intake FTW.

I had to run a upper/lower intake spacer to solve this problem. I even tried to grind down some of the TB. No spacer = no worky

^I think it was a 1'' spacer

I already have an intake spacer and i did try to grind down the tb, i ended up getting a fox style egr delete spacer to bolt to the intake then bolt the adapter elbow to that and the throttle body should clear hopefully, the egr delete spacer is 2 inches and the edelbrock performer mani is for a fox, figured it would bolt rite on and the elbow to that problem solved?
