I have a 306 with edelbrock performer heads,it currently has edelbrock performer intake and a b cam,I have a victor jr and a tfs stage 1 cam will this combo help or hurt me,come on fellas give it to me Im open to suggestions,and im spraying 150,The car has been 7.10 in the 1/8 with the current setup on juice,also its has a 650 carb,Thanks in advance.

the vic jr will help forsure, i dont think theres a big enough diff in the cams to change it.

Well i went from a stage 2 - stage 3 and from a Victor to a TF R-box and gained 50 HP

Well the victor Jr flows better at Higher RPM, i think the stage 1 won't flow as good at the higher RPM with that intake, mb go with a stage 2 TF instead. Get the flow #s for both and match up the RPM ranges with the flow #s...... If the bottom end isn't after market then i wouldn't spin it past 6k so you want your RPM range 3-6,5k or so.... hope that helps.

Use the victor jr but dont bother switching cam to trickflow stage one, not really worth it, just keep yours with that b-cam might want to just try 1.7 rollers to get a bit more air into those heads.

The B cam runs out of power at 5700 rpms i have a dyno sheet to prove it. I am running 1.7s with it and a performer rpm intake with long tubes, stock heads and bottom end. But it's fresh. It made 280 hp 312 tq
