I saw a guy behind me on 3l like a month ago... they were in an SUV and his wife was with him early in the morning... he was using an electric shaver which i guess is not as dangerous BUT STILL....are you joking?? I have also seen people brushing their teeth while on their way to work too... those are usually guys in vans with particular trades
