That's too bad. It looks like the GT that shows up at the Friday Milford cruise-in a couple times a year. Too much horsepower--not enough driver.

The GT has held is value remarkably well--can't buy one for less than 150K it seems. I was hoping that they would dip below 100K, but looks like I will be waiting a LOOOOOONG time. Wonder what they will sell for on Barrett-Jackson 20 years from now?

That was one of the guys that was running The Rooster Challenge. We were setting up for a photoshoot with the car in a couple weeks....

Theres a black with silver stripes car that runs out of a condo community on the AA hwy. Heading to work one morning (well to hit 275 to 471 to 71 avoiding us 27) in the tahoe i see this little black car pull out way ahead of me, notice the lack of ride height, it was a nice morning, had the windows down a bit, turned down radio and heard him rip on it. Of course i did the dumb thing and did like 80 to catch up to him, rolled down passenger window, gave him thumbs up. Some suite heading to the office I guess. He looked over, waved, and left me sitting.

Anyone ever hear an estimate on how fast he was going? By the looks of the car he was cruisin. That's really a nod to how well those cars are built safety wise. I guess if you're gonna sell a car capable of 200mph you better make it safe.
