I have never heard of 3v or 4v heads being called PI, Mileage?Condition?

I have a whole 5.4 PI motor for sale complete from intake to oil pan. Has a blown head gasket,never got hot still runs and drives just slowly seeps coolant out of the passenger head. $300 for the whole motor obo.
