what is your average billed hrs per week?
my hours , or other techs hours? it varies..really. i need a tech that i feel comfortable with doing what ever i tell him. someone that has motivation can make some money here.
i had one tech making decent money over the summer and he was on the slow side. the last 2 techs didnt last long, or turn out work (when you spend 5 days doing a 5 hour clutch, you dont make much, and piss me off). when i have to do mostly every thing, i cant bring in as much. im currently booked out 2 weeks or so. and im getting rather busy and need a solid tech to take most of the work load.

i keep going at the pace im going and i'll keel over in a few more weeks.

i just took a job today in dayton ,if it doesnt work out ill get ahold of you.
yeah you got to get the work out to make money,oh and it be fixed lol!
had my master tech and L1 certs but i havent bothered to renew them in awhile.
